LATE CANCELATION - ROOM FOR ONE MORE REGISTRANT (LIMIT OF 15 TOTAL)

Sunday June 30th Stockdale Dam (Old Mill Site Public Access) to Denver (private access). Here is the Google Maps link for the put-in site: Google Maps 40.913691110952314, -85.94215273906924. This paddling route will be about 13 miles in length and last approximately five hours.

This is a scenic section of the river.  We should see a lot of birds, and lucky people may even see a river otter.  A trip for beginning to intermediate paddlers.  Participants should have some experience on moving water and be able to do basic maneuvers to avoid obstacles. PFDs are to be worn on all club trips while on the water.  Bring a lunch or snack, and plenty of water to drink.  You will want to wear sunscreen, and/or a broad-brimmed hat.

We'll meet at the put-in site and then shuttle vehicles to the take-out site. We should be on the water by Noon. Please be at the put-in no later than 11:00am.

There is a bit of a carry from the parking lot at the put-in to the launch, so you may want to bring a cart if you have it.  If not, you can probably borrow someone's cart to move your boat to the water, or have someone help you carry it if needed.

Please register for the trip, or otherwise contact trip sponsor Warren Rosenthal, so that in the event the trip must be cancelled due to flow or weather you can be reached.  If there is no cancellation email sent by 7:00pm Saturday, consider the trip a GO.

Registration limited to 15 individuals.
