HCKC Annual Meeting and Dinner   Sunday November 20

The HCKC Annual Meeting is a great opportunity for club members to come together to meet and visit with other club members, to participate in club business including the election of Board members and  to learn more about paddling skills and paddling destinations.

This year we will be adding some Workshop Breakout Sessions from 11:00 - 2:00. The Club will provide a lunch soup and sandwich for those participating in the Breakout Sessions.

Following the breakout sessions we will have a short business meeting followed by dinner and presentations on paddling destinations.  Beverages and the meat (as well as a vegetarian option) will be provided by the club. Please bring a side dish or dessert to share for the dinner meal.

We will have a table and an outdoor patio area dedicated to a Gear Swap. Items can be brought in at any time after 11:00am. Mark items with your asking price, your name and your phone number.
