Bought this boat new for my then 17 year old son. He grew too tall for it (6’3”). Plastic is solid and outfitting is fully functional but looks crappy. Wavesport did this “Whiteout” decorative covering on the seat. After a year or so on all of these boats the seats begins to peel. Nothing is wrong with the seat except the decorative covering is peeling. He didn’t abuse it. They all peel. Ratchets are in excellent condition.
No: oil-canning, leaks, deep gouges or plastic welds. Always stored on its stern in my kayak shed. Comes with a small foam foot block (because he was too tall for it). You might need a bigger one. I am 5’10”/ 200lbs/size 10 shoe and fit quite well.
